1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TOEShare (theoryofeverything.ai), submitting content, or using any platform features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Original Work Attestation

When submitting papers or frameworks, you attest that the work is your own original contribution, or that you have appropriate rights to submit it. Plagiarism, misattribution, or submitting another person's work as your own is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension. You are responsible for properly citing all referenced works.

3. Content Ownership & License

Authors retain full intellectual property rights to their submitted content. By publishing on TOEShare, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, analyze (including via AI systems), and distribute your work on the platform. You may also publish the same content elsewhere, including arXiv, journals, or your own website.

4. AI Review Disclaimer

All reviews, scores, and assessments generated on this platform are produced by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated reviews are provided for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for formal peer review. AI models may produce inaccurate or incomplete assessments. TOEShare does not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated output. The platform evaluates logical structure, mathematical consistency, and presentation—it does not evaluate whether a theory is correct, important, or aligned with mainstream physics.

5. Immutable Records & Versioning

Prediction timestamps (locked_at) are immutable once set and enforced at the database level. Review history and version history are preserved permanently for scientific integrity. Once a paper or framework is published, the review record becomes part of the permanent audit trail.

6. Data Handling & Privacy

We store your account information (name, email, hashed password) and your submitted content. Your content is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI) for review and analysis. Published content is publicly visible. Draft and deleted content is not displayed publicly but may be retained in backups. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, plagiarized, or intentionally misleading content
• Attempt to game AI review scores through prompt injection or adversarial inputs
• Use automated systems to mass-submit content or abuse API rate limits
• Harass other users or use the platform for purposes unrelated to scientific discourse
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary review prompts

8. Moderation & Enforcement

The platform reserves the right to remove content that is fraudulent, plagiarized, or submitted in bad faith. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently banned. Moderation decisions are at the discretion of the platform administrators. Appeals may be submitted via email to the address listed on the About page.

9. Service Availability

TOEShare is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or changes at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain backups.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
